As Board Chair, and Founding Director it is our great pleasure to reach out, on behalf of all our members, the Kennedy School and the Harvard community to invite your involvement and engagement which can change and enrich many lives, including your own!
Ours is a community of women leaders—primarily, though not exclusively, from business and the professions—that spans our globe and that supports stronger societies by strengthening the role of women and girls. Members of the Board are united in the fervent conviction that the advancement of women and girls toward greater inclusion and parity in this world is the most effective and essential investment for global prosperity, security and peace. The Women’s Leadership Board catalyzes and leverages the resources of Harvard and the unparalleled networks formed to advance this cause.
We have created a strategic “menu” of ways you can engage with the Women’s Leadership Board through our virtual home. Here you will find information on all our projects and initiatives, including promotion of research, outreach to established and emerging women leaders, mentoring and opportunities to network and collaborate with other Board members, either inside the framework of the Board, or outside it, in your own, self-initiated endeavors.
